This Privacy Policy explains how DND Prompt Forge, operated through whatai.me ("DND Prompt Forge," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit dnd.whatai.me or use our prompt-generation services (collectively, the "Service").
This Policy applies to information processed through the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites, image-generation services, advertisements, or other services that you may access through links or use after copying a prompt. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.
We do not require an account, payment details, or a legal name to use the Service. Please do not enter personal, confidential, financial, health, or other sensitive information into prompt or feedback fields.
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from our hosting and security infrastructure, and from service providers that help us operate prompt generation and homepage advertising.
We may use information to:
When online generation is available, prompt details are sent to our server and may be transmitted to the OpenAI-compatible AI provider configured for the Service. That provider may process information under its own terms and privacy practices. If online generation is unavailable, the browser may create a template-based prompt locally. Do not submit information that you do not want processed by an AI service provider.
Our signed anonymous session cookie supports request authentication, security, and rate limiting and may remain on your device for up to 10 days. The Service may also generate a hash from browser and device characteristics for rate limiting. You may block or delete cookies in your browser, but doing so can prevent online prompt generation from working correctly.
We do not currently use a separate website analytics service. Standard server and security logs may still record technical activity needed to operate and protect the Service.
Google AdSense advertising technology is loaded only on the DND Prompt Forge homepage. We do not embed the Google advertising script on guide, Privacy, Terms, About, Contact, or Excel Ratio Converter pages.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve and measure ads and, where permitted, personalize ads. Google may receive information such as the URL you visit and your IP address. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can control personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and may opt out of certain participating companies through WebChoices. You may still receive contextual or non-personalized advertising after opting out.
We may disclose information to:
We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on the law that applies, homepage advertising may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a similar regulated activity.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining security and request limits, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. The anonymous session cookie expires after up to 10 days; request, quota, feedback, support, and security records may be retained longer when needed for operational or legal purposes. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer required.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including signed session values, access controls, and hashing certain identifiers in quota and audit records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, profiling, or targeted advertising; and to appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request." Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant record, such as a request ID or the email address used to contact us. We may need to verify your request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority.
For the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information we may have collected include identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity, device information, prompt and feedback content, and inferences necessary to provide or improve the Service. Sources, purposes, and recipient categories are described in Sections 3, 4, and 8.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about individuals. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If an applicable U.S. state privacy law grants you additional rights, you may exercise them using the contact method in Section 11.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting, but there is no uniform industry standard for responding to it, and the Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Where legally required and technically supported, an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control may communicate a request concerning sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also contact us directly to exercise an applicable opt-out right.
The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
The Service is operated using systems and providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live. By using the Service, your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations as permitted by applicable law.
The Service may link to image generators, advertising controls, reference resources, and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of each third party before providing information.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or applicable law. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be highlighted through the Service when appropriate.
